I wanted to promote a question to my Twitter followers, and I thought I might find a Twitter stream of CV questions that would have something I could retweet. I only found @statsqa which tweets some messages, but not the one I was looking for (How to Distinguish 22 Variables in a Stacked Bar Graph?).

What is the function of @statsqa Twitter account? Is/should there be a stream of all questions? Or maybe those with some vote threshold?

If some rule already exists, it would good to explain it in the Twitter account's bio.
